At Design Specialties we pride ourselves on the ability to design unique one of a kind homes. Thru the many years of working with clients and builders, we have developed a system in which we are able to bring together all the components necessary to bring the dream to life.

Design Specialties offers a one time free consultation visit. This allows the potential client the chance to meet with us under a stress free environment to discuss their project. In turn it allows us to answer their questions about the design process, working with contractors and the fee for services rendered. They are then able to make an educated decision as to whom they feel is best qualified to design their dream home.

For more than fourteen years we have designed award winning homes in eastern North Carolina ranging from as small as one thousand square feet up to ten thousand square feet. We operate on the philosophy that it is our duty to make the process of designing one’s home an exciting, stress free experience, delivering construction plans that meet the needs of our clients and falls within their budget.
